Certified Transcription
We provide certified transcripts for both English and Spanish recordings.
Usually certified transcripts are requested for legal purposes. Here at Textphonic Communications Inc., we charge a nominal fee for a notarized certificate of accuracy or a digitally certified and verified PDF.
Your certified transcripts can be printed along with our company seal impressed on each page. A second option is to use our certified PDF service. You will still receive a hard copy of the notarized certificate of accuracy, but instead of the transcript being printed, sealed, and shipped, you will receive a digitally signed and verified transcript by email or secure download.

Adobe® CDS Digital Signature with GlobalSign® Digital ID
Certified Document Services (CDS) is the first digital signing solution that allows authors to create Adobe® PDF files that automatically certify to the recipient that the author's identity has been verified by a trusted organization and that the document has not been altered in any way. A blue ribbon and an information bar at the top of the screen indicate this trust when the document is opened. See image:
Authors of PDFs add digital Certifying Signatures and Approval Signatures to documents they electronically distribute. The process is the virtual equivalent to sealing a document and adding wet-ink signatures and assuring the recipient that the document is authentic, comes from a verified source, and the contents have not been tampered with since being published.
If the document is altered or corrupted in any way, when the reader opens the file the blue ribbon in the information bar will be replaced with a red X and a message stating that the certification is no longer valid:

Clicking on the Signature Panel button on the right side of the information bar will bring up more detailed information about the signature. You can then click on "Certificate Details..." for even more information. The following screen shot is an example of what it looks like:
CDS works with Adobe Reader® and Acrobat® 6.0 or later editions.
