Flexible Turnaround Time
We don't charge different rates based on when you need the transcripts so here there are no rush fees. We will be happy to work with you and provide the transcripts when you need them.

Court Recordings can be sent to us on a multitude of audio
& video formats. We accept both analog and digital, modern
and obsolete. The following are some of the formats we
accept:

In addition to court recordings, we will transcribe arbitrations, mediations, depositions, legal and medicolegal hearings, sworn statements and so-forth.
Confidentiality & Security
We understand that security and confidentiality are important when it comes to court transcription projects. When you upload your files to us they are sent using 256-bit SSL encryption. Once we have them they remain encrypted and the only people with access to them are those with a need.
For security, if you prefer not to receive your documents by email we can make them available to you via secure download - the same secure method you will use to upload your audio and video files to us.
