You can securely upload just about any digital file format out there including .avi, .mpeg, .mp3 and .wav. Files as large as 10 gigabytes can be uploaded so you aren't likely to ever have the problem of a file that's too large.*
But we don't stop with digital file formats. If you are using MiniDV, cassette tapes, or even reel-to-reel we will be glad to accept your recording. You can even send us a Betamax video tape and we'll get it transcribed for you. Click here for a list of the audio and video formats that we accept.
*If somehow you do have a file that is larger than 10GB, you can split it into two or more parts or just ship it to us on a Blu-ray disc, flashdrive, or hard drive.
