Safe and Secure File Transfer
Clients with digital files will be given an account with which they can securely upload files as large as 10 GB. Files are sent using 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption so you can rest assured that they are safe. All files in our possession are encrypted, and the only persons with access to them are those with a need. Anyone not working on your project will not have access.

Legal, Medicolegal, and General Interview Transcription
Textphonic Communications Inc. started as a forensic, legal, and medicolegal transcription and translation company. However, we now also do a large volume of general transcription for a wide range of clients. We are always working with oral history, entertainment, and market research interviews, just to name a few.
We don't have different turnaround time packages with varying rates. We try to be flexible, so just let us know when you need the transcripts completed. That's it –no rush fees.

Certified Interview Transcription
Both hard copies and PDF documents may be certified. Paper copies are accompanied with a notarized certificate of accuracy, and each page of the transcript is impressed with our company seal.
PDFs are digitally certified and verified, which means that no matter how many hands they pass through, the reader can be sure that he has an unaltered and original document. The certified PDF is also verified by GlobalSign so you know that the transcript was created by us and not forged by someone else.
