English and Spanish Legal Transcription
You may send us both English- and Spanish-language audio. Transcription rates are the same for both languages. If you are interested in converting Spanish audio to English text, please check out our audio translation and translication services.
Certified Legal Transcripts
Transcripts can be certified for the small additional fee of $10. For each transcription project, you may request as many copies of the notarized certificate of accuracy as needed. You will only be charged one $10 fee. Digitally certified and verified PDF transcripts also cost $10. Click here for more information regarding these two methods of certification.

Forensic Transcription
When needed, forensic linguists and speech scientists are available for difficult audio.
When presented with recordings that are difficult to understand, we use some of the best forensic audio enhancement software available. However, even after enhancement and noise reduction techniques, it sometimes is still difficult to understand what is being said.
Audio may be difficult because of background nosies, quiet speakers, overlapping speech, foreign accents, speech impediments, or an intoxicated person's slurred speech. Regardless of the reason, you have the option of having a forensic linguist or a speech scientist examine and transcribe the recording.

Disputed Transcripts
If you believe a transcript to be incorrect, our forensic linguists can examine it for errors. They pay close attention to syntactic, phonetic, lexical, and other aspects of an individual’s speech. Additionally, spectrograms, which allow for the visual representation of speech waveforms, may be used to help determine what was said in a recording.
