Transcription of meetings can include as few as two persons or as many as you need. Our transcriptionists have experience with groups of all sizes.
We accept more audio and video formats than almost all other transcription companies. If you are using an uncommon format or an older physical format such as a mini-cassette or even open reels, we can accommodate you. Our audio engineers can even provide audio enhancement and noise reduction services when needed.

Certification of Meeting Transcription Documents
Oftentimes transcripts require certification, especially for legal purposes. For a small fee we will provide a notarized certificate of accuracy. Each page of a hard copy will include the company seal and will be accompanied by the notarized and sealed certificate.
We also offer digitally signed and verified PDFs. A digitally signed and verified PDF is unalterable. The reader can be sure the document is not forged and was, in fact, certified by Textphonic Communications Inc. Verification is provided by GlobalSign® ensuring that the transcript wasn't created by another entity. Click here for more information about certified PDF services.
When the reader opens the PDF he will be presented with a blue ribbon if the file hasn't been corrupted or altered in any way. If the document has been corrupted or altered, the reader will see a red "X" and a message that the certification is no longer valid.

Secure File Transfer
We take security seriously. We never email files to the client unless requested to do so. Files are made available for secure download. We use 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, just like the banks. The same is true when you upload your audio, video, or document files to us.
