We provide online transcription services for both English and Spanish audio.
Outsourcing transcription has never been easier, thanks to the Internet and the World Wide Web. Instead of dropping off tapes or waiting for them to be shipped to the transcription company, you can simply upload them to us. At Textphonic Communications, you won't be using an unsecured FTP service. Instead, you will be securely uploading your audio and video files using 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption so you can feel confident when sending sensitive materials.
We accept a myriad of audio and video files, both common and uncommon. We even accept a number of proprietary formats. If you are unsure whether we can work with your file type, give us a call or send us an email. We likely can work with your format.
We also accept a large number of physical formats for anybody who still uses tapes and optical discs. With regard to audio, we can work with everything from microcassettes to open reel tapes, MiniDiscs, and even the obsolete 8-track tape. For video, we can handle many types of cassettes from Betamax to VHS and MiniDV.
