Rates:
Our telephone interpreting services cost only $1.25 per minute. Because we have such a low rate and do not require contracts or monthly fees we do have a minimum fee of $20 per call.
Our over-the-phone interpreting services are best suited for people or businesses and organizations who are able to schedule a day or more in advance. Appointments can sometimes be made the day of service but this cannot be guaranteed.
If you need a telephone interpreting service that is available without notice, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, we suggest that you look at one of the larger companies that is set up for that. Many of them do require continuous service contracts and set-up fees to get their discounted rates of approximately $2.00 per minute. Otherwise fees are usually in the neighborhood of $2.50 per minute.

On-Site Interpreting Services
Currently our on-site interpretation services are only available in Spokane County, Washington.
Forensic and legal interpreting services
Any organization or individual with a forensic interpretation need, including attorneys, law enforcement agencies, Child Protective Services, the courts, private investigators, security companies, and so-forth are welcome to contact us to discuss fees and to set an appointment.
Business interpreting
We provide interpreters for business meetings, interviews, focus groups, conferences, seminars, and much more.
Washington State certified medical and social services interpreting
Our medical interpreters can interpret in a variety of expertise areas including oncology, gynecology, psychology, physical therapy, surgery, pediatrics, and social services.
General interpretation
General interpreting services are for occasions when a specific technical or other specialized background is not required.

Depending on the specific service, on-site fees range from $35 to $50 per hour.
If you already have a contract with another interpretation agency but currently have a greater need for interpreters than can be provided you, we would be happy to help by taking on some of the overflow.
